Acid Protease
Protease refers to a class of enzymes collectively catalyzed hydrolysis of peptide bonds of proteins, is made by submerged fermentation and purification technique. Protease degrade protein into small molecules, peptides and amino acids to improve the efficiency of animal protein hydrolysis, and promote the protein absorption of animal feed.
Function & Benefit
1) Supplement the shortage of endogenous protease in animal
2) Save feed cost by increasing feed protein digestibility, save 2% crude protein, 10% amino acid
3) Allow lower quality protein sources to be included in diets such as sorghum and miscellaneous meals feed
4) Protect the environment by reducing the nitrogen excretion from animal husbandry
5) Destroy the hydration shell around the chyme, increase the contact area between chyme and small intestinal mucosa
Definition of Unit
One unit (U) of protease is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which release 1.0μg tyrosine from casein per minute at 40℃, pH3.0.

Shelf Life & Storage
25℃, 12 months, enzyme activity remain≥90%. For long term storage, we recommend below 5 ℃ refrigerator. Increase dosage after shelf life.
Should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight, rain, high temperature and damp, can not mix with toxic and hazardous material. Bag ready to use, truss bags after each use.
