Mechanism of action
In traditional, the active site of lipase is surrounded by α-helical segment, when the lipase touches the interface between the fat and water, α-helical will break down with exposing hydrophobic residue, hiding hydrophilic residue and then cause structural changes, make the active site of lipase combine with the ester substrate and hydrolyze glyceride into diglyceride, monoglyceride, free fatty acid and glycerin.
Why Lipase?
Supplement the shortage of lipase in animal(especially young animal), improve the utilization ratio of fat;
Elimate the diarrhoea caused by undigestibility, improve animal health;
Promote the absorption and utilization of fat-soluble vitamins and other trace elements;
Improve the absorption and utilization of feed fat, the feed quality;
Reduce abdominal fat deposition, improve the carcass slaughter rate;
Improve animal fur quality and slaughter uniformity;
Improve the appearance of feed, reduce dust and improve the water-holding capacity of feed;
Improve livestock and poultry production performance, reduce oil consumption, saving the cost of feed.
Definition of Unit
1 unit of Lipase(U/g) equals to 1g powder enzyme or 1ml of liquid enzyme, which hydrolyzes substrate to get 1μmol titratable fatty acids in 1min, at 40℃ and pH7.5.

Shelf Life & Storage
25℃, 12 months, enzyme activity remain≥90%. For long term storage, we recommend below 5 ℃ refrigerator. Increase dosage after shelf life.
Should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight, rain, high temperature and damp, can not mix with toxic and hazardous material. Bag ready to use, truss bags after each use.
