β-Mannanase
β-Mannanase is made by submerged fermentation and purification technique, is a natural naked enzyme with thermostable property. This enzyme can resist high temperature of 85℃ and high pressure, meet strict conditions of feed pelleting process, release rapidly and perform effectively in animal gastrointestinal tract.
Definition of Unit
1 unit (U) of β-mannanase is defined as the amount of enzyme, which degrade 5 mg/mL of LBG solution to 1 μmol of reducing sugar in 1 min at 37℃ and pH5.5.
Functions
1. Degrade β-mannan into MOS efficiently, improve utilization of soybean meal and other leguminous feed (palm meal, copra meal etc. )
2. Decrease chyme viscosity in digestive tract, enhance nutrients absorption
3. Reduce immune stress, promote IGF-Ⅰsecretion, save more energy for animal performance
4. Benefit the gastrointestinal microbial flora growth
