Acid β- Mannanase
Acid β-Mannanase is made by submerged fermentation and purification technique, is a natural naked enzyme with thermostable property. This enzyme can resist high temperature of 85℃ and high pressure, meet strict conditions of feed pelleting process, release rapidly and perform effectively in animal gastrointestinal tract.
Function & Benefit
1) Efficient enzyme efficacy degrade β-mannan into more MOS, improve feed utilization
2) Reduce the viscosity of the contents in digestive tract of livestock and poultry
3) Improve animal uniformity and reduce stress on immune system
4) Improve the gastrointestinal microbial flora, enhance the integrity of intestinal mucosa
5) Enhance the utilization of soybean meal and other feed materials (palm kernel meal, copra meal )
Definition of Unit
1 unit (U) of β-mannanase is defined as the amount of enzyme, which degrade 5 mg/mL of LBG (Locust bean gum, Sigma: G0753) solution to 1 μmol of reducing sugar per min at 37℃ and pH3.5.
Dosage
Enzyme Activity ≥ 5000u/g
Dosage: 6~20g/T Complete Feed
Shelf Life & Storage
25℃, 12 months, enzyme activity remain≥90%. For long term storage, we recommend below 5 ℃ refrigerator. Increase dosage after shelf life.
Should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight, rain, high temperature and damp, can not mix with toxic and hazardous material. Bag ready to use, truss bags after each use.
Packaging
25 kg/bag
